vaccine each year.
Kidney disease: In America, kidney disease is the
ninth leading cause of death for both men and
women. It can be caused by diabetes or high blood
pressure. The American Diabetes Association
emphasizes the importance of keeping your blood
sugar levels under control if you are diabetic and
to lose excess weight and exercise in order to
prevent kidney disease.
Septicemia: Blood poisoning or septicaemia is the
tenth leading cause of death among women in US. It
is commonly caused by lung infection, urinary
infection and other bacterial infection. The best
ways to prevent septicemia are wash your hands
often, treat infections promptly and change tampons
often.
