Don’t worry if you’ve tried and “failed” at losing your extra pounds. In fact there’s no real mystery to getting slim. The key is to learn how to be in charge of your eating without giving up the foods you love or depriving yourself. How to enjoy being healthier but also how to eat what you want without guilt.

A truly healthy diet plan, if you like, is finding out how to recognize when you’re really hungry or whether your desire to eat comes from a different place. When you are hungry it’s absolutely fine to eat something. Just make sure you’re only eating enough to reach the point of satisfaction — you don’t need or want to feel over-full.

But there may be emotions that you “push down” with food — boredom, loneliness, anger and so on. If so, the starting point is to identify the emotion and think about how you can address it. This may be hard at first as you’ve become so used to using food to ignore the feeling. But you know deep down that eating doesn’t actually solve the problem and the emotion won’t go away through you stuffing yourself — and piling on the calories in the process.

See if you can catch yourself before you eat for reasons other than hunger, and ask yourself what it’s really about. If the feeling is really boredom, for example, phone a friend, go for a walk, read a good book or clear out your wardrobe.

And learn to limit your eating to “just enough” so that you recognize when you’re satisfied (when your stomach is only a little, if at all, distended and you feel reasonably light) and stop at that point. If you only eat enough so that you’re satisfied, you will become hungry more often during the day. That’s fine. Eat little and often (every 3 hours or so) if you need to. Your body will tell you what it needs, if you’ll just trust it a little.

In fact, as time goes on you’ll find that you feel like less food than you did in the past. Your stomach, which has been stretched each time you overate, will re-learn how to feel good at its natural size and you’ll feel uncomfortable taking it beyond that.

Because this new, and truly healthy diet plan says you can eat whatever you like — no foods are off limits — you may worry that you’ll only want to eat fatty, sugary or salty foods. This may be the case at first, but as you progress with the system of listening to your body you’ll find that you actually start to crave healthier foods too, and the unhealthy ones will fall out of favour.

In my own case, now that I’ve been following this plan for years, I’ve rediscovered a taste for healthy foods I previously rejected. Apples, for example, now taste incredibly sweet and delicious to me. Cheesecake, on the other hand, I can only eat in a very small slice, and I definitely wouldn’t feel like it every day.

So this is, in a sense, not a healthy diet plan at all but a whole new way of living your life and responding naturally to your body’s needs. + Green Tea can cause slight seizures, although he population that carries this rare symptom is rather less, it is still a duty to advise you on it. Before starting the Greentea/Oolong Tea abby diet, i prefer you have a cup or two and see if another amounts.
+ Green Tea can cause slight dizziness, feelings of vomiting, nausea, headache etc.. if you follow my steps exactly in the video you can very well avoid these symptoms easily. Do not take green tea for granted and drink more cups a day than I said, and do not have it on an empty stomach unless you have tried it once and had no reactions whatsoever (like me) in which cases when your in a rush to head off somewhere, those who can withstand it on an empty stomach, it is ok to do so, but do not do it everyday, and more than once in a day, even if you know you have or CAN handle it due to experience.

Iam currently 60-63kgs, but mostly stay at 61 & 62. 63 being the highest in the middle of my monthly’s for the most.

HOW MANY CALORIES SHOULD YOU EAT?
I personally eat 1200 cals a day but thats for my height, This doesn’t apply to everyone as all women come in different shapes and sizes. What i can recommend is for you to find out your BMI and it will calculate everything for you depending on your height. Some people who saw my video got mistaken and assumed I’ve told all women to eat UNDER 1000 Cals, including men. In order to reduce the amount of assumptions i get and unnecessary notification that are rather unimportant as even me making a video falls of def ears to a few tempered humans, i thought of adding this into my description. Type into your “Google Toolbar” for a BMI calculator, and you shall be presented with one online. Also, notice how i said don’t starve yourself. If i would say that, it would be so incoherent to saying to eat under 1000 cals which literally is STARVING YOURSELF.

WHAT DID I SAY AT 11:20-11:25?
I said “SOUP” can fill you Up. (btw soups with creams are Fattening).

Foods That will help you see results in 2 weeks:
Lemon / Lime
Pineapples
Apples
Prunes (After or Before every meal {CAN ALSO BE USED FOR SNACKING).
GreenTea ( For 3 – 4 months [MORNING + LATE AFTERNOON + EVENING] half an hour after every meal.
Oolong Tea / Wulong Tea (After 3 – 4 months). half an hour after every meal.
Honey + Lemon + Hot Water (Before Sleeping).

TIPS & WARNINGS:
Green Tea & Oolong is best from either a traditional Chinese market/store or Walmart.
Do not add too much honey to your prior sleep drink because it can cause heartburn as normal honey does.
Do not Eat over 5 – 6 Prunes a day. It might cause irritation to your bowl movement.
Do not go overboard with Pineapples and Apples just because it helps burn fat. Everything should be eaten in healthy quantities. Fruits can cause uncomfortable bloating or a beautiful gassy BUM!!! hahahaha
Eat frozen yogurt instead of regular Ice cream.

It is in this saying where most of the truth lies. Everything you eat can either be beneficial or dangerous to your personal health. The food can increase or decrease your risk of contracting certain diseases.

Unfortunately another truth is that eating healthy does mean that some of the best foods to eat do not taste very well and as a result, many people opt for the better tasting food which is bad for you. Some of these good tasting foods taste good because of the tempting ingredients within them like sugars which in some cases are a good thing but too much of a good thing can also be bad for you.

It is important to remember that in order to eat healthy, you first off need to focus on eating a variety of various foods and not just the same meal every day. The colors of the food play an important role and thus making sure that you eat meals with a wide range of colors can help you to maintain a healthy diet. Even college students healthy diets vary in the food colors.

The color of a food is dependant on the vitamins and nutrients which make it what it is. These colors can tell you if the food is high in one vitamin or low in another and just the fact of eating a variety of different colors can lead to a healthier lifestyle.

It is important to remember that every meal needs to be balanced. Thinking back to grade school, everyone remembers learning about the various food groups and their importance in living a healthy lifestyle. The concept of making sure every meal has the right amounts of each food group has not changed since you were a child, in fact it has been a belief for many centuries so far and most likely will not be going anywhere anytime soon.

Besides dairy products, there are many other foods and beverages that are fortified with calcium, and will provide you with your dietary requirements, too.

The daily recommendation for meat and beans, which provide much needed protein, is five ounces per day. Lean meats or meats that are low in fat are preferable. It is best to bake, grill, or broil meat, to prevent eating too much grease or fat. Protein can be added to your diet by eating fish, beans, peas and nuts as well. It is a good idea to vary your protein rich foods with these choices.

Be sure to limit the use of solid fats such as margarine, butter, shortening and lard when cooking your food. Although they are tasty, they are not heart healthy and can elevate your cholesterol. It is a good idea to avoid foods that contain these fats as well.

Check nutrition labels when buying food, to regulate your saturated fat, trans fat and sodium intake. The labels with nutrition information can be found on just about every type of food package and you can improve your health by making a habit of reading them and adjusting your diet.

You can maintain a healthy lifestyle by choosing your foods wisely and monitoring what you eat. Adding regular exercise to a healthy diet will greatly improve your health as well.
